“ After traveling for hours, we really needed a late evening coffee stop to continue on our drive. The girls working tonight greeted us warmly upon entrance. After getting my drink I realized my coffee had whip cream. We had an allergy concern as one of us is more allergic than the other, and they checked all the ingredients in our holiday drink. I greatly appreciate their thoroughness! Their kindness and accommodation do not go unnoticed! We will stop by again on return drive home ”

“ As a customer, I dont understand the people that get so worked up over Starbucks in general. As a regular that comes here day after day, I watch people yell at these poor baristas over somethings so small. Sure, maybe you had a bad interaction, but that doesnt warrant being terrible to them about it. Theyre told to always smile and be kind, and the second they arent consistently kissing up to customers and being overly nice, people assume theyre being rude on purpose. Understand that they are people too, mostly young adults or teens, still learning about the world, and I watch people, grown adults with children, throw hissy fits over something so small. Just because youre mad over one interaction doesnt mean you should instantly report them to the company. Maybe there was a misunderstanding, were all human and we all make mistakes. Get over it, go to another Starbucks. And making a scene in front of a busy lobby? How professional. I love these guys, theyve just been doing their best and honestly, people should be more forgiving, you dont know what happens behind that counter so dont make assumptions the world is against you the second something doesnt go your way. Its a cup of coffee, no one should have to lose a job over it. Much love to the baristas! You are doing your best and thats what matters in the end. ”

“ Very happy with my experience. I wanted the have the Iced Sugar Cookie drink but its 30 degrees in November so I requested it as a hot drink. And they obliged! Which was amazing bc the drink turned out so delicious. I also recommend the cinnamon coffee cake. Its deeeeeeelicious. The staff was nice. The tables were clean. Would recommend to anyone ”

My drink was done extremely quickly, and my food came out less than a minute after. All the while the baristas were very friendly and informative on different ideas for drink based on my likes. Such a pleasant experience! ”
